Write to [email protected] — that address reaches the FreeFireName Editorial Team directly. Corrections are the most useful mail we get: a character that Free Fire stopped accepting is something we would far rather hear from you than discover months later.

How to reach us

Channel Address Best for

What to include so we can act

One line of detail turns a message we cannot use into one we can fix the same day:

  • Which page — paste the address of the page you are looking at.
  • Which text — copy the exact name or character, rather than describing it. A decorative string is almost impossible to identify from a description.
  • What happened — rejected by the game, showed as an empty box, or already taken.
  • Your device and game build, if the problem is about a character not displaying. The same string often behaves differently across handsets.

How quickly we reply

FreeFireName is run by a small independent team, not a staffed support desk, so please read this as an honest expectation rather than a service guarantee.

  • Takedown and abuse reports come first. Content that is abusive, hateful or impersonating is removed as soon as we see it — we do not wait for a formal notice or a reply cycle.
  • Corrections are next. If you tell us a character stopped working, that usually reaches the page faster than it reaches your inbox: we fix the page first and reply afterwards.
  • General questions are answered when we can. If a message goes unanswered, it is workload, not indifference — send it again.

We reply from the same address you wrote to, and we will never contact you first asking for account details.

Removal and takedown requests

If a published nickname impersonates you, is abusive, or infringes your rights, tell us the page and the exact text and we will remove it. We take down abusive, hateful and impersonating content as soon as we see it, without needing a formal notice. For a copyright complaint, say what work is affected and confirm you are the rights holder or acting for them. The full terms are in our terms of use.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent fan site with no connection to Garena, so there are things no message to us can achieve:

  • We cannot recover, unban, rename or restore a Free Fire account — that is Garena’s official support, not us.
  • We cannot give diamonds, redeem codes or any in-game currency, and we never ask for your account to provide anything.
  • We cannot tell you what a future update will change; we only publish what we have tested.

We will never ask for your Free Fire login, password or one-time code. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us.

Who you are writing to

FreeFireName is published by the FreeFireName Editorial Team as an organisation rather than under a personal byline, and the site has been online since 19 July 2020. How the site is run and how names are tested is set out on the about page. What happens to anything you send is covered by our privacy policy, and the limits of what we publish are in the disclaimer.
